EXHIBITION DISPLAY TABLE

A pair of tables were commissioned for the Long Gallery at Croome Court, Worcestershire by the National Trust.

Croome was the first major project for Capability Brown who designed the Park and Property for the Earl of Coventry. The National Trust are now undertaking a major structural restoration of the Court but unfortunately very little of the original furniture is now available.

These tables were designed in the spirit of the two consul tables that were originally designed by Robert Adams and located in the Long Gallery, but required to be contemporary with current use.

The eight leg tables are of similar dimensions of the originals and finished a high impact resistant acrylic paint which matched to the rooms original colours.  The table top is fabricated in a black wear resistant granite with a glass display panel located in the table centre.
